What we collect

• Information you send us. If you email us to request a demo or the Capabilities Guide, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested, and retains them for a limited period for security and operations. Page fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
• Analytics. We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not use cookies to track you. If that changes, we will say so here.

How we use it

To respond to your request, to send you what you asked for, to follow up about Twin, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Your message reaches us through our email provider. We share information only with providers that help us run this site and our email, and when required by law.

How long we keep it

Request details are kept for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable follow-up. Write to us to have your information corrected or deleted.

Your choices

Write to twin@9Foundations.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, to delete, and to opt out of the sale of personal information; we do not sell personal information.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new "last updated" date.
